Day 1
Srinagar Arrival
Post arrival at Srinagar Airport, you'll be driven for the 35-minute journey to the heart of Srinagar city. Reach the Nort-west frontier, crossing the Jhelum River over the Abdullah bridge. On reaching the hotel, check-in formality will be carried, after which you can proceed for dinner. Later, spend the night at Srinagar.Day 2
Sonamarg Transfer
After a hearty breakfast, we go out for a trip to Sonamarg to begin our second day. You may take in the stunning scenery as you travel to Sonamarg Valley, including the snow-capped mountains, verdant woods, undulating hills, glistening streams of water, and expansive rice fields.You will pass Marmar, well-known for its trout field, and Kangan town, which serves as the locals' market. At Gagangir, a well-liked tourist destination surrounded by snow-capped mountains on all sides, we shall disembark from our cars. We travel to the Thajiwas glacier, a popular destination in Sonamarg known for its stunning meadows, either a three-hour walk, taxi, or horseback ride.
Upon our return, we stop by the neighbourhood market to grab some snacks and observe how the locals go about their daily lives. We make our way back to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3
Gulmarg Excursion
Day 3 will start with breakfast in the morning, followed by hotel check-out procedures and a trip to Gulmarg, often known as the "Meadow of Flowers." You will pass the Kashmir Valley's thriving settlements and expanding rice fields on this drive. After reaching the vibrant market town of Tangmarg, we continue our way to Gulmarg.We have the option of using the Gondola cable car, which will cost you money. The 8-minute ride will provide you with breathtaking views of the neighbouring mountain ranges as it travels from Shepherd Huntsmen to the lower slope of the Afarwat peak. Go back to the Gulmarg Hotel and spend the night there.
Day 4
Pahalgam Transfer
After breakfast in the morning, you set off to travel to Pahalgam. During the drive, you will pass through Pampore, home to the well-known saffron farms. Known as the "breadbasket of Kashmir," we pass by the villages of Awantipora and Bijbehara as we travel by. At Khanabal, we leave National Highway 1A and travel through Anantnag, the second-largest city, on our journey to Pahalgam. Pahalgam is primarily renowned for its breathtaking beauty, which includes verdant forests, crystal-clear streams, and lovely mountains. You are going to spend one night at Pahalgam.Day 5
Pahalgam sightseeing
You can explore the well-known Betaab valley, which is encircled by mountain ranges and pine and deodar trees, after eating your morning breakfast. You can travel to the famous Aru Valley, which boasts gorgeous lakes, verdant meadows, and mountains. The Amarnath Yatra begins in Chandanwari, a well-liked hiking area. Enjoy a horseback ride to the fields of Baisaran as well. Return to the Pahalgam Hotel later in the evening to spend the night.Day 6
Drive back to Srinagar
After eating breakfast in the morning, we head back to Srinagar to do some local tourism. You will travel to the well-known Mughal gardens, Cheshma Shahi (Royal Spring), Shalimar, which the Mughals constructed in the sixteenth century near the banks of Lake Dal in the middle of Srinagar, and the Shankaracharya temple, which is perched on a hillock and provides a stunning view of the entire city. See the handloom centre renowned for producing the famous Pashmina/Shahtoosh carpets and shawls. Spend the night on the houseboat. You can take a Shikara ride later.Day 7
